“Minus”,the best experimental film in the national and international section of the “26th Tehran International Short Film Festival”

The best short films of the “26th Tehran International Short Film Festival”-16 November- was announced in Andisheh hall of the Hoze Honary.

“Minus” by «Kazem Mollaie» was candidate in the main section of the festival like the best Cinematography, editing and also the best experimental movie of the national and the international competition. It was also candidate in the lateral sections of the festival like ( the community of the writers and critics of Cinema and also the Expertize Short film Magazine as well).

It achieved being the candidates in the most sections of the festival and honor the glory diploma of the best Cinematography,statue and the prize money of the of the best national experimental short movie, statue and the prize money of the best international experimental short film.

In the lateral section it also achieved the prize for the best sound, and also the special prize of the juries was given to it by the “Short film Magazine”.

“Minus” is a narrative and experimental film with no dialogue or specific language, its geography and time is completely abstract and virtual. This film is about a razor producing company and a very simple young man who works there. He has special skills like he knows Telepathy and he can read all people’s mind. He tries to save his favorite secretary’s life by using his perspective telling power.
